“I am so grateful for Eva B. After my Mom passed away, my father refinanced and added me onto the mortgage and deed. Three months later, my father passed away and I was unable to maintain the mortgage payments alone. I tried a loan modification; however the bank told me that I could not afford the home and I would have to be out of my family home which I lived in for 38 years. That was in April of 2008. We had an emergency situation, Eva made few recommendations to stop an auction, so she referred a good bankruptcy lawyer that handled it within 48 hours in order to stop proceedings to buy more time. She was extremely patient with my parents reviewing all paperwork a few times , explaining in detailed proceedings what to expect and kept us posted at all times. She felt like a family member extremely comfortable with her. The lawyer worked with us when my father was ill and not able to go to closing, Eva and the attorney came to the house to go over all documents for closing. They called me and let me know that my father owned a vacant property. He passed away years ago and the property was just sitting there. We met with Eva who explained how we could sell the property to them even though there was no equity in it, and still walk away with some money. Everything happened so quickly and timely. Nothing was held back in terms of information given. Eva and her team were very knowledgeable about the process and if they’re a representation of the company as a whole then it must be a very good company. I recommend them completely when dealing with any real estate issues.
