I know it was a stressful move and I was on pins and needles because people always try to get you to believe that there going to take care of you, but if you’re nervous then you may put your whole trust in them anyway. I would gladly like to let everyone know that it was hard trusting another company since I had a bad experience refinancing in the past, but Eva was True to her word, her and her company were there working on my account even when there were mountains in their way and it was tough, but they still came through in the end. You don’t know me, but I can definitely say Eva was right, I could trust her and she definitely took the problem and the stress away and stayed till the end. If I needed to do something else in the future, I would definitely use them again PS: Eva definitely left a smile on my face which is very hard to do when it comes to doing business.

After years of being taken advantage of, I didn’t want to trust anyone with anything having to deal with my property in St Albans, NY. My credit was destroyed for a house that I did not even live in. Very easy to work with. My parents left a house that had a high reverse mortgage and major repairs needed, The combination of those issues meant I was unable to find a buyer for the property. The mortgage company eventually filed for foreclosure following my parents’ deaths. Eva came into the picture, negotiated the terms of the foreclosure short sale, and was able to secure a payment to me. While certainly not what I might have realized from the property had it been left in better/different condition, without the intervention of Eva, I would have been completely empty-handed. I found working with them to be straightforward, transparent, and as painless as such situations can be.

I’d like to believe Eva is actually an Angel in a real estate gig. She appeared in our lives at a time when we could not have known how much we would come to appreciate her. I doubt I would even have had the patience, nor emotional bandwidth to deal with any of it. But Eva lifted it all from my shoulders and placed it on her own. “We have an unusual story. My father-in-law died, owing a considerable amount of money on a property. He was 89, and the issue had plagued him and his wife for years. Now, this worry became a huge problem for his estate. We got a call from Eva saying it was likely she could sell the property, erase the debt and get us some money to boot. Having no knowledge about real estate, we were extremely suspicious, as was our lawyer, a fairly prominent real-estate specialist in Nassau County. But Eva kept plugging. This is an experience I had with Eva and I have to say that I have had some really bad experiences in my history in real estate which was quite extensive. I have dealt with realtors, brokers, lawyers, insurance companies, and have been brutalized by the work ethics I have come across. In this case, I was getting calls from various short-sellers and I would immediately hang up the phone. Something about Eva‘s presentation made me listen.
